FAQ
Everything we're most often asked before a first session. Can't see your question here? Just ask when you get in touch.
Because every session is personalised. We take the time to properly know our students — how they learn, their strengths and weaknesses, and what they're working through in class — and since our tutors sat these exact exams only a few years ago, we know precisely where students tend to slip up and how to work through it.
We reply within 24 hours to find a time that works, then match your child with a tutor based on their subject, level and exam board before booking the first session.
Sessions run one-to-one over video call. We start by identifying the topics your child struggles with, then build a personalised plan around them. From there, we work through explanations, worked examples and past exam questions together — explaining concepts visually and keeping your child actively engaged throughout, rather than simply lecturing at them.
Yes. The first session is free of charge and comes with no obligation to continue — it gives you and your child the chance to make sure a tutor is the right fit beforehand.
We tutor across all the major UK exam boards, including AQA, Edexcel, OCR and WJEC/Eduqas. Let us know your child's exam board when you get in touch and sessions will be tailored to it.
